Tho engineer's ' recommendation that , the best way to'keep the 3000 k.w; alternating sets at Hobson Street in reserve would be to make them a standby for tramway supply to the Epsom sub-station, a work that could be done at comparatively small cost, was adopted. . • Various proposed ■ amendments -to _ the Auckland Power Board Act to bring *t in line with the general Act were approved.
