PANCHO VILLA'S DEATH.
SHOT IN AN AM US A. and N.Z. MEXICO CITY, July 22. Later details of the 'death of General Francisco Pancho Villa, the former bandit chief, show that Villa accompanied by, Miguel Trillo, his secretary, and by two guards arid 1 a chauffeur, was motoringin Parras. As the car was crossing a bridge the party was attacked from both ends by parties of men. Villa and Trillo were shot dead simultaneous' and the remain? ing members of the party were killed. President Obregon has ordered full military honours at ; Villa's funeral. The first report stated that Villa was shot by his secretary, the message apparently having been mutilated • m transmission.
