AMENDED FEES PRESCRIBED. An ; Order-in-Couhcil in the Gazette amends the regulations under the Dairy Industry Act, '1908, prescribing ; fees for : the ■ grading of dairy produce. v'. 'i o '- ' ' 1 i . ;;, Where it in found that the total Vimonnt U, paid or payable in respect of grading fees' ii: in any year ending March 31 exceeds -the cost, as • determined by j the Minister for Agriculture, of the dairy-grading service, including the salary and expenses ; of the Government dairy produce officer in London, the Minister, may credit to the payers of fees, toward the fees payable by them,-.- during .. tho ne:t '•.'; succeeding year, "the amount paid or payable in excess of suoh cost, in the proportion in which each payer", contributed toward the fees, paid or payable, during the period in question.
