AND METALLING a ROAD FROM clevedon IK) takanini, in the WAIROA and papakura ridings OF the county OF manu.kau. NOTICE is hereby given, that it is the intention of the- Manukau County Council, under the provisions of " The Counties Aot. 1920," " The Local Bodies Loans. Act, 1913," and Amendments thereto, and all other Acts (if any), enabling it in that behalf, and subject to the consent of the Governor-Geueral-in-CounoiJ, under Section 20 of " The Franco Aot, 1919." to Borrow tho sum of £7000 for the following purpose:— "FOR THE OPENING. FORMING. AND METALLING OF A ROAD FROM CLEVEDON TO TAKANINI, IN THE WAIROA AND PAPAKURA RIDINGS OF THE COUNTY OF MANUKAU." —£7000. As security for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the said Loan, the Manukau County Council intends to make and levy a Special Rate of one farthing (id) in the Pound (£) upon tho SffiSSUJ5ft tab ' B Value of ALL RATABLE PROPERTY IN THE CLEVEDON-TAKA-NINJ. ROAX> LOAN OF £7000 SPECIAL RATING AREA, of tho said County, and it is the intention of tho Council to pay out of the said Loan the costs of raising tho Loan, but not the first year's Interest and Sinking, Fund. The Loan is for a period of thirty-six and a-half (36}) years, at the rate or interest of six per cent, per annum, together with an additional charge of one per cent, per annum sinking fund.
