The inauguration of the Napier-Eskdalo • train, passenger and goods service, took place to-day. This is the first ; section of — the East Coast railway at the Napier end.-. : There was no ceremony, but the com--mencement was made in connection with ' , Lord Jellicoe's visit to ay the.found*-- , ■tion stone of the new Boys Home at) ~,-; Eskdalo.
