The Government meteorologist reported last night as —Indications are for variable winds, moderate to strong southerlies prevailing everywhere; weather dull, cold and showery, but likely to improve shortly. Vincent last evening: Weather conditions over the weekend are likely to be generally unsettled, With showers at time 3, although fine, bright periods will intervene, especially on Sunday, when a marked "improvement should follow!'
