The American Federation of Labour has served notice upon its affiiliated unions that they cannot have dealings with the Russian Soviet Government, and remain in the Federation ,- furthermore, even approval of the Bolshevik policy will bo regarded as a cause for cancellation of a union's chatter. This policy has been emphasised by a demand presented bv the federation to the Centra* Labour Union of Seattle to rescind its endorsement of the Russian Soviet Government.
