U.S. LABOUR AND SOVIET.
EMPHATIC DISAVOWAL.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. May 9. The American Federation of Labour has served notice upon its affiiliated unions that they cannot have dealings with the Russian Soviet Government, and remain in the Federation ,- furthermore, even approval of the Bolshevik policy will bo regarded as a cause for cancellation of a union's chatter. This policy has been emphasised by a demand presented bv the federation to the Centra* Labour Union of Seattle to rescind its endorsement of the Russian Soviet Government.
