The president, -.Mr. H. ,W. Smales, :>was• in ; the chair. The report presented showed that the past season had been very..-successful. There was a credit balance of £10 17s ;7d. The election of officers resulted-Patron, the Mayor; president, Mr. A. B. Hodgson ; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. W. Smales, A. Henderson, W. McAllister, G. Dickinson, Neil McLean, F. Baker, G. Calvert, W. Wilkinson, J. W. Ward, S. Lewis, Dr. Stapley, and the; Rev. C. M. Jones committee, Messrs. W. White, W. Muller, A. Henderson, A. E. Sayers, J. Byrne; chief steward, Mr. W. Muller; assistant; steward, Mr. R. Meavers; hon. secretary, Mr. A. Curtain ; chairman of Musical Committee, Mr. W. White; hon. pianist,. Mr. M. P. McDermott; orchestra conductor, Mr. Litchwark. The, session of 11 meetings will open on May 3.
