OBITUARY.
SIXTY YEARS IN PROVINCE.
The death occurred on Tuesday of Mr. Robert McEwen, a very old resident of Kohekohe, Waiuku. Born near Glasgow, 88 years ago, Mr. McEwen came to Auckland 60 years ago in the ship Ganges and, after working for the military authorities for a time, took up land at Pollock and later at Kohekohe, where he has resided for 50 years. He is survived by four sons and four daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
