THE RUGBY GAME.
TECHNICAL COLLEGE OLD BOYS.
The annual meeting of the Technical College Old Boys' Football Club was held last evening, the president, Mr. A. A. Lucas, presiding over a Jarge attendance of players and intending members. The. club will enter three teams in the competition. The following officero were "elected: — Mr. J. Park; president, Mr. A. A. Lucas; club captain. Mr. Morton; hon. treasurer, Mr. Bates; hon. secretary, Mr. J. H. Cooper.
PUTARURU CLUB. The Putaruru Club held its annual meeting in the Public Hall on Tuesday evening, Mr. A. G. Brown presiding. The balance sheet showed a credit balance of £13 lis 3d. The election of officers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr. F. -c • Hockly, M.P.; president, Mr. A. G Brown; vice-presidents., Messrs. W. Stewart, U. O. Bnrnett, J. Lowe, M Henderson, and J. B. Brown. It was aeciocd to affiliate with the Putaroru Rugby Union. Mr. H. J. Rolfe was elected secretary and treasurer.
