A. and N.Z. . NEW YORK. March 20. Mr. Tex Rickard, the boxing promoter, after consultation with Mr. Jacobs, McTigue's manager, announced- that he had cabled an offer to McTigue to meet Joe Tunney, the American light-heavy-weight champion, or Harry Greb, in Jersey City this summer.
