PLEDGES TO BE FULFILLED.
FIVE YEARS MORE IN IRAK.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright A. and N.Z. LONDON. March 20. The Pall "Mall Gazette understands that the Cabinet Committee's report on the question whether Britain shall remain in Mesopotamia or change her policy regarding that territory, recommends that until the peace treaty with Turkey is signed and the future of Mosul settled, Britain's commitments cannot be' reduced.
