He is snrltrrirtg from blood poisoning, supposed to be due to a mosquito bite. Lady Carnarvon departed by a special aeroplane, accompanied by a specialist. She hoped to reach Egypt by Wednesday, but was taken ill on reaching Paris and is detained there.
