GARAGE OWNER'S AFFAIRS. SCHEDULE IN BANKRUPTCY. A petition in bankruptcy was filed on March 9 by John Cheverton Kersey, of Matamata, and formerly of Te Awamutu, motor garage proprietor. Bankrupt's schedule has now been filed with the official assignee at Auckland, Mr. W. S. vjgher. " The debtor's statement shows liabilities to unsecured creditors totalling £1250, | and to secured creditors £5250, the value j of securities being set down at the latter sum.
