PALM FOR MELBOURNE. ENGLISH ACTOR'S PRAISE. LONDON, Feb. 26. At a farewell dinner Mr. Dion Boucicault said ttyal his tour with Miss Irene Vanbrugh would include Capetown, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Melbourne, Tasmania, and New Zealand. He said he had played in every Eng-lish-speaking country, and had found Melbourne playgoers the best in the world. No audiences, except those at Manchester,, could compare with them for receptivity and enthusiasm.
