Australian ■ anc! N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.6 p.m.) BRISBANE, March 5. The Newcastle steel works have restarted making tteel, after a year's idlereM. Although they are not working at the maximum, sufficient men are employed almost to banish completely the industrial depression.
