HARVEST THANKSGIVING.
Harvest thanksgiving services were held in the Ellerslio Presbyterian Church on Sunday. The building was tastefully decorated. The people's offerings were many and varied, ana the total weight of the vegetables, fruit, jam, etc., must have been well over three hundredweight. All have been sent to the Leslie Presbyterian Orphanage. The Minister of the parish, the .jflev. G. W. Blair, conducted both services and preached appropriate sermons to crowded congregations both morning and evening. Reference was made to the death of the former minister, the Rev. H. W. Johnston, and a motion of sympathy with his <*idow and relatives was passed by the congregation standing while th« " Dead March was played by ike organist.
