DAIRY FARMER'S DEATH.
GUN ACCIDENTALLY FIRED.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TE KUITI/ Monday An inquest was held to-day concerning the death of Raymond Sefton, aged 28, a dairy farmer of Te Mapara, who was found on Sunday with a gun beside a fence with his head partly blown off. ,The evidence disclosed that the deceased left his house to muster cows, taking a shotgun to shoot rabbits. It is supposed that the deceased rested the gun against the fence and was pulling it through afyer him when the trigger caught in a splice on the wire, thus discharging the gun at close quarters. A verdict fwas returned tthnt death was caused by the accidental discharge of a shotgun. The deceased leaves a wife and four children
