REDUCTION ANNOUNCED.
RESULT OF DEPUTATION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. £3.
The conference shipping lines announce that in view of the opinions expressed by the deputation from the Federation of Fruit Trades, which waited upon them on Wednesday, and with a desire to forward empire settlement, they will reduce apple freights to 4s 6d a case.
