IXThomson, Private Secretary. Mr. Massey congratulated the society' i on its very successful show, and the farm- | ing community on the prosperous appear- ; anca of the farms in the district. Judging by the appearance | or the Pukekohe Hill, the farmers were j doing exceptionally well. Mr. Massey was loudly cheered on resura- ; ing his seat in the pavilion. The chief feature of to-day's proceedings were the hunting competitions.
