ADJOURNMENT PROBABLE. [BT TELKORAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Thursday.
In the Legislative Council to-day, the Hon. J. Barr gave notice to move the lAddress-in-Beply. Sir Francis Bell. Attorney-General, said as members -were aware there would be no legislation this session, except one short Bill postponing a date. Therefore the Council would have very little business to occupy its time. He proposed to ask the Council to meet in the morning, when motions of condolence with the relatives of deceased ex-members of the Legislature would be moved. Then the Address-in-Reply ■ would be moved. After the debate was finished, ha would propose an adjournment for some days. The Council adjourned until to-morrow forenoon.
