EXAMINATION BY ALIENIST.

The London police,' who arrested Abrahams, the ex-soldier, who tried to attract the King's notice by shaking his stick at him, are arranging for an examination by an alienist. No charge will be made against Abrahams, pending a report on bis mental slate. $ ,
