REMUERA ROAD CORNER.
MORE LAND FOR WIDENING, A further piece of the Railway Der partment's land in the angle formed by the junction of Remuera and Manukau Roads, Newmarket, is to be handed over to the Newmarket Borough Council. Communication ,to this effect has been received by the council from ■'■■ the Prime Minister. This will■•* have the effect of making the corner much safer traffic.
