FAILURE TO ACCOUNT.
MOTOR SALESMAN'S LAPSE. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] v HAMILTON/ Monday. ' Charges of failing to account to , his employer for sums totalling £15 15s were admitted by Sidney Roland Aymes, in the Police Court before Mr. H. A. Young, S.M., to-day. The evidence showed that while employed as a motor salesman, the accused received three sums of £5 5s each, which'; he converted to his own use!, The, accused, who had not been in trouble before, was admitted to probation for two years.
