ASSAULTED AND ROBBED.
INCIDENT AT GREY LYNN.
SUM OF £7 STOLEN;
A young man is reported to have been assaulted and robbed of £7 near the Grey Lynn School late on Thursday evening. It is stated that he was returning into town from Grey Lynn when he was attacked by a man using a penknife as a weapon. He received severe cuts about the face and wrists, was severely bruised, and also knocked partially unconscious. Before he recovered his assailant had made off with the money.;y '~-■
