WATERSIDERS' CONFERENCE.
■ —__ «<» - YESTERDAY'S SITTINGS. The conference of the. New Zealand Waterside Workers' Federation was continued yesterday. The question of the federation legal aid fund was the subject of a report by the secretary, and there was considerable discussion on details of the administration of the fund, which is, for the purpose of providing legal assistance to members who wish to make ■claims in regard to accidents of which they are the victims occurring while they are at work..-.;'. Discussion ■.'; on other questions concerning the internal finance pf the federation occupied the. remainder of both morning and afternoon sessions. The conference will be resumed this morning.
