WATERSIDERS' FEDERATION.
THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. The annual conference of the New Zealand Waterside Workers* Federation was continued yesterday. Mr. L. Glover pretided. The secretary, Mr. J. Roberts, reported that there were now 6270 financial members in the federation. It was decided ' that the election of the vice-president and ihe executive should take place on Monday. This matter is always dealt with by the members of the conference, where- *:: as the president and secretary are elected by vote of all the members of the federation.
