The Government meteorologist reported . last night as follows:—The indications are for moderate to strong southwesterly to south-easterly: winds; weather , changeable, with scattered showers, es- i pecially jn the East Coast district. But as ' high pressure is now rapidly approaching from the west, conditions generally shoudd soon become more stable for a spell of finer weather to follow. Winds veering toward south-west and south.
