TAMAKI BEACH CARNIVAL
ATTRACTIVE PROGRAMME. - The Tamaki West beach carnival at St. Heliers and Kohimarama was , con- • tinued yesterday, and favoured by perfect weather attracted a large attendance of both adults and children, who found much to entertain them. Considerable interest was taken in the baby show. A feature of yesterday's programme was. the wrestling tournament, several excellent contests boing witnessed. To-day's programme includes swimming and aquatic sports for .children, . croquet tournament, a floral fete, motor- : driving competition, and national dancing competitions, entries for which will be received on the ground. Another at-; tractive programme has been arranged for to-morrow. : :
