CONFERENCE OF EXPERTS. ■. INFLUENCE OF THE SOVIET. A. and N.Z- LONDON, Jaji. 7. The Constantinople correspondent of the Morning Post states that the Angora Government is summoning an Economic Conference .for February, at which Mustapha Kemal and the presidents of all the large banks and businesses in Turkey will :*be represented. The . Note summoning tho conference suggests that the Russian Soviet Mission will influence the economic policy, and that the State control of industry and commerce will be the keynote of Angora's economic policy. It is expected there will be far-reaching restriction of foreign business; Companies- will be enunciated in the name of Turkish independence. ,„•'
