The official count for the Waitomo seat ended this afternoon, Mr. J. 0. Rclleston (Reform) securing a final majority of seven votes over Mr. W. T. Jennings (Opposition). A number of declaration votes are still in dispute. The exact Sgura is not

known. The chief deputy-electoral officer arrives to-morrow to inquire- into the validity of all the votes by declaration.
