THE WATERFRONT INCIDENT. THREE YOUNG MEN KEM'ANDED. As the result of an affair on the waterfront on Monday, three young men, William Patrick Lawson, aged 23, William Francis Newbert, aged 24, and Edward Ernest Green, were charged in the Police Court yesterday, before Mr. J. E. Wil son, S.M., with having assaulted James Williamson by kicking him in the face so as to cause him actual bodily harm.
