I FIRE BR6GADE SPORTS. [BS TELKGRAI'H. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AROHA. Thursday. The annual meeting of the Fire Brigade Sports Club was well attended, the president, Mr. R. Coulter, presiding. It was decided to again hold the annual sports gathering on New Year's Day. The fo|- , lowing officers were elected:—Patron, Sir William Herries; president, Mr. R. Coulter; vice-presidents, Messrs. D. McL. Wallace, F. L. Kenrick. and T. Stanley; '' secretary, Mr. P. J. Geaney; handicap- ' pers, Messrs. F. McAneny and G. .S. Morrison; referee, Mr. J. L. Harris; ' executive, Messrs. J. Jennings, P. rit--1 lington, T. Donovan, J. Walsh, G. Ryan, • J. Planning, A. Smardon, and J. Munro; ; starter, Mr. K. Gibbons; judges of ath- ' ietic events, Messrs. P. Pilkington, A.
