(Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 28. Exchange on Berlin is quoted at 18.100 marks to the pound sterling, as against 19,650 marks on Thursday. Exchange on Paris is quoted at 63.55 francs, as against 64.93 francs on Thursday.
