"PUSSYFOOT" ISSUES WRIT
ALLEGED LIBEL IN ARTICLE. THE REMUERA COLLISION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 27. Mr. " Pussyfoot" Johnson has issued a libel writ against the National Champion Press Syndicate respecting an article that appeared in the National Champion.which, he alleges, was a reflection on temperance principles. The article referred to an incident aboard the Remuera, in which Mr. Johnson was a passenger, following the collision with the Marengo.
