I The Attorney-General, Mr. H. ft Da-agherty, states that as a result of th injunction issued against the railwa strikers transportation conditions are 1* coming nearly normal. Few violations c the injunction have been reported to th Department of Justice. There has bee some oratory, but everything is quiet, t< day being the first time for five weeks th* no requests have been received for deput marshal to protect property. Mi Daugherty declared that approval of th course adopted by the Department c Justice was nearly universal. At White House it is stated that th President holds that the injunction do< not intend to abridge any constitution: liberties.
