' ~ A cablegram received by the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company from its London manager, Mr. J. B. Wright, states that, the present outlook indicates that butter arriving in October, November, and December will be a better proposition than cheese. For the January, February and March arrivals cheese is expected to pay slightly better than butter. Thereafter butter will probably pay ; v better. This forecast is made contingent en* tirely on what quantities of butter an! - t cheese other countries make. With regard to milk powder the ace*, mulated stocks of American cheap pow< der are disappearing, and are not being replaced, as it has been found to be mv remunerative. Firmer prices are expected > later. Business i 3 continually opening up, and he expected confirmation of the first German order for 20 tons any day.
