Sir James Allen, High Commissioner for New Zealand, is going to Geneva on j Wednesday to attend the Financial Com- ; mission, which precedes the plenary session of the League of Nations Council and the meeting of the Assembly. The other i New Zealand delegates will include Sir Francis Bell and Sir Arthur Steel Maitland, whose offer to assist the Now Zealanders was accepted by Mr. Massey, who will follow later. Although, the Australian delegates to i the League Assembly have been already I announced, it is not improbable that some j changes will be made, especially in view 1 of the possibility of the [Nauru mandate being under review at the forthcoming Assembly. In this matter New Zealand will have the assistance of her Attorney General to deal with the lagal side of thc> question. It is therefore likely that Mr, Justice Rich, who at present is travelling on the Continent, may, if he is available, , strengthen the Australian delegation, Af suggested in a press cablegram from Australia, published a few weeks ago, there iB also a likelihood that the interests of women may be specially represented on the Australian delegation. PROPAGANDA FOR LEAGUE. EXHIBITION IN BRITAIN. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Aug. 25. League of Nation exhibition**, the first of their kind, will be held at St. Albans and Stoke-on-Trent in November. The embassies, legations and consulates of 51 countries arti helping, and the arts, handicrafts and educational work of these countries will be shown. The stallholders will wear national costumes.
