GERMAN DOCTOR'S CLAIM. COLONIES FOR SECRET. Times LONDON, Aug 26 Advices from Hamburg state that Dr. Zache claims'to have discovered a cure for sleeping sickness and malaria, which will enable Germany to demand the restoration of her former African colonies in return for making vast tropical territories habitable by whites.
