LEGACIES OF A PEER.
BEQUESTS TO HIS SERVANT. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Aug. 24. Lord Swansea, in his will, directed that none of his half-blood relatives should attend his funeral. He bequeathed to his servant. Dar-iel Ellis, £2000, together with a further £2000 legacy under the will of the peer's aunt. He also gave Ellis his coronet and coronation robes .and all his papers and documents. t Baron Swansea, second of the line, was 74 years of age, and was unmarried. His heir is bis half-brother, the Hon. Odo Vivian, who is 47 years of age.
