Notice is hereby given thai the.Whangamarino Road Board proposes %o raise, under the provisions of the Local /"Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and its amendments, a Special Loan of £14110, for the purpose of Reforming and Metalling 135 chains, more or ■ less, or Lake Road, situated in Blocks XVI.,, Maramarua, and XIH, Piako Survey Districts. The proposed security for payment of interest and principal, and other charges, is a Special Rate of 2 S-16th of a penny in the pound (£), on the capital value of all ratable property in the Lakte Road Special Rating Area, and it is intended to pay out of Loan the first year's interest and sinking fund.
