The Daily Mail states that , the Air Ministry ; ,has placed the fipt to the value of £300,000, as part of, the scheme for 600' inachjnes for ifom© 4e» 'fence. The machines ordered include a great all-motal machine weighing 15 tons. Another is an improved aerial troop transport to accommodate 25 soldiers with equipment!. Others include a huge multiengined bombing .machine, which can manoeuvre like a small scout, a. metal single-seater fighter, fleeter than anything yet built, and several, flying ships capable of flying at high speed and. riding rough seas. ■
