LICENSE FOR TOM WALLS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 6.16 p.m.) LONDON. Aug. 17 The Jockey Club has granted Tom Walls, the actor, a license as a horse trainer. Tom Walls will be best remembered in New Zealand as having taken the part ofPeter Roody. the " Melancholy Jockey," in the Arcadians, the first time that musical comedy was played in the Dominion. -Thouuh his official biography does not mention the circumstance, it has frequently been stated that he was a jockey in.real life,,before he appeared aa one on the stage.] A
