FRAUDULENT CIRCULAR.
£1000 REWARD OFFERED. A. and N.Z. r SYDNEY, Aug. 12. The Graziers' Association is offering J3IOOO reward for information leading to the conviction of the person responsible for issuing a fraudulent circular supposed to emanate from the association, and urging graziers not to persevere m enforcing Mr. Justice Powers' award, adding that after five weeks' strenuous campaigning the reports were most discouraging. The circular warned graziers of the harm already done to the flocks by incompetent shearers who volunteered at award rates.
