DAIRYING DIRECTORS.
ELECTION AT DARGAVILLE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] DARGAVILLE. Saturday. There was a large attendance of suppliers at the annual meeting of the Northern Wairoa Dairy Company at Dargavillo to-day, Mr. Thomas Bassett presiding, to fill three vacancies on the directorate. The voting was as follows:— Edwin Harding 355, VV. Simkin 326, Captain Seymour 319, W. Carter 183, YV. Fitness 178. The first three were reelected. The meeting decided against tho purchase of the assets of the Farmers' Lime Company, in liquidation, and deferred the question of articles to provide for the election of directors by post and increasing the number to nine. Mr. E. O'Neill was elected auditor.
