REPUBLICAN BULLETIN.
"ALL GOES WELL IN SOUTH." Times. LONDON. July 4 A bulletin issued by the rebel leader, William Mellowes, details movements of the rebels in the provinces. It states that a column from Bandon, County Cork, moved on Skibbereen and demanded the parrender of Free State barracks. At Adare, Limerick, the barracks were surtenderod with 40 men. The garrisons at Coom, St- Patricksweel, and Baliingarry, in the 6ame area, evacuated their positions and are retreating. The statement concludes: "All goes •well with the republic in the south, where the Irish repubican army is volunteering in overwhelming numbers."
