UNUSUAL HAMILTON «ASE. s [BX TELEGRAPH.—OWN OOBKESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Saturday. Last week a motion- to rescind a decree nisi in the case Hannan v. Hannan, of Taumarunui, where the parties desired to live together again, was before Sir; Justice Herdman, and adjourned, at His Honor's suggestion, in order that the Attorney-General might be formally notified. To-day Mr. King informed the Judge that the necessary formalities lutd been carried out, and the decree was rescinded.
