USE TO 3E EXTENDED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.]WELLINGTON. Tuesday. The postal authorities announce that correspondence contained in " window " envelopes with transparent panel attached to the inside of envelope by means of an adhesive, which could already be sent to places within New Zealand and to the United Kingdom, may now be sent also to the United States of America.
