IMMIGRANTS TO AMERICA.
RESTRICTIONS EXTENDED. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON. May 11. The President, Mr. W. G. Harding, has signed the Bill providing for a two years' extension of the law limiting the number of immigrants from any country in a year to 3 per cent, of tho number from that "country already in America.
