PLOTS IN BULGARIA.
ARREST OF A RUSSIAN.
INCRIMINATING DISCOVERY.
(Received 7.15 p.m.) LONDON. May 11.
The Sofia correspondent of the Times reports that a grave plot is suspected in consequence of the arrest of Colonel Sarnohualoff. senior officer of General Wrangol's army. A mass of documents was discovered in his room at his hotel in relation to ] the organisation of the Bulgarian army, ! the location oi ammunition dumps, I strategical maps, and details of the money in tho principal banks. The aolice for some time has suspected that General Wrangel's army was inclined to intrigue with the Monarchist groups in Berlin and Paris. The discovery justifies the suspicions. Numerous arrests are probable. _____
